Email [email protected] from the address on your account and a person will reply, usually within a day. The answers below cover most questions.
Sleeper: enter your Sleeper username. No password is needed.
ESPN: in the app, go to Settings › Connections › ESPN and sign in to ESPN there. If ESPN's sign-in won't finish, choose "Paste cookies manually" and follow the steps on that screen. On the website, use Connect ESPN.

RosterRush only alerts you about players who are still free agents in one of your leagues. If one you expected didn't arrive, check that the league is being monitored, its alert level isn't "Off" ("Fewer alerts" and "Only big moves" skip weaker signals on purpose), its positions include the player's, it isn't muted for today, and you're outside your quiet hours. For push alerts, notifications for RosterRush also need to be on in your phone's Settings.
Your leagues sync automatically: once a day on Free, every 3 hours on Edge and every hour on Apex. A force-sync checks your leagues right now, for when news breaks and you can't wait. Paid plans include force-syncs every month, and they refill at the start of each billing month.
Bought in the iPhone or iPad app: Apple bills it, so cancel in your device's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. We can't cancel or refund App Store purchases; Apple handles those at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bought on rosterrush.com: sign in and open Billing to cancel or change your plan.
Either way, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. On the website: Settings › Delete account. Alerts stop right away, and your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Cancel any App Store subscription separately, since Apple bills it.
